Peter Thomas Salon is located on the corner of Shattuck and Virgina. Please ascend the charming flight of wooden stairs, taking two at a time in your excitement, and proceed down the hallway, at the end of which lies your ticket to a better hair day.

If coming from:

San Francisco:
Take hwy 80 east across the Bay Bridge. Continue on 80 east toward Berkeley/Sacramento. Exit at University Ave. and stay to the left of the off ramp, putting you onto University Ave. Go all the way up University until you get to Shattuck Ave. Take a left onto Shattuck. After 5 blocks, you'll reach the intersection of Shattuck and Virginia. The salon will be on the left side of the street at 1700 Shattuck, upstairs.

The North Bay:
Take hwy 101 south toward San Francisco, then merge onto hwy 580 east/Richmond Bridge (580 will turn into hwy 80 after Albany). Exit at University Ave, and stay right to get onto University Ave. Go all the way up University until you get to Shattuck Ave. Ttake a left onto Shattuck. After 5 blocks, you'll reach the intersection of Shattuck and Virginia. The salon will be on the left side of the street at 1700 Shattuck, upstairs.

The South Bay:
Take hwy 880 north toward Oakland. Merge onto hwy 80 east toward Berkeley/Sacramento. Exit at University Ave. and stay to the left of the off ramp, putting you onto University Ave. Go all the way up University until you get to
Shattuck Ave. Take a left onto Shattuck. After 5 blocks, you'll reach the intersection of Shattuck and Virginia. The salon will be on the left side of the street at 1700 Shattuck, upstairs.

Concord/Walnut Creek:
Take hwy 24 west and merge onto hwy 13, towards Berkeley. Go down hwy 13 until you get to Shattuck Ave., then take a right onto Shattuck. Stay on Shattuck until you get to University Ave.  Stay in one of the middle left-turn lanes
and you will take a left but then take an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN to get back onto Shattuck Ave. After 5 blocks, you'll reach the intersection of Shattuck and Virginia. The salon will be on the left side of the street at 1700 Shattuck, upstairs.

Parking:
Thirty-minute and one-hour meters line Shattuck Ave. We also advise parking in a two-hour zone on one of the neighboring cross streets, such as Virginia, Francisco or Lincoln.

By bus:
